I'm considering sticking a scoop to the bonnet of my Talbot Express to increase airflow through the heater/vents and keep the water out. I really don't want to have to drill the bonnet so am looking for a permanent 'glue' of some description to hold it in place. I have an 04 Eura Mobil on fiat ducatto chassis. Horn has stopped working. Fuses are OK. Can anyone tell me location of horn in engine compartment so i can check connections. Is it common fault? Likely solution?

They work fine on vehicle and / or mains and the aux. battery is showing 12.8V. The 12V power outlet in the cab is also dead although the cigar lighter is live. I've called the dealer and they just say bring it in but that means 2 hrs...
