As far as I know, new vans don't come with built-in movers as *standard* -
so you will have had to pay extra to have one fitted.

Why would you do that when you already have a Big Foot mover - unless the BF
isn't any good?

[Apologies if your 'new' van is actually second-hand - and the mover was
fitted by the previous owner]
