Why not!
You'd be best off getting something like a 3 or 4 way hook-up that includes
an RCD breaker.
We used one for a non-mains equipped folding camper / trailer tent.

I dont know - you'll all want a caravan so you can still wonder off to the
toilet block to shower and wash up next...

excellent letter in this months camping and caravanning magazine...from a
camper about caravnners queuing to shower and was pots and pans etc...

it annoys me that most people i know have never used there carvan showers
and wonder miles to wash up when they have a sink and are near to water
points to refil there vans...oh i ahave a van and tent.

Bob

There is no reason why not but I would suggest that you buy a proper lead
with a built in circuit breaker to be on the safe side. These cost about
60/70 from a camping accessory shop. Have a look at www.towsure.co.uk

Use them all the time - bought a combined RCB,3 way plug block and lead.
I now run a set of table lights, fridge and low watt kettle - all the
luxury of home whilst sat outside a tent on a French campsite - you
should see the number of people who come and have a chat.

Biggest advantage is that you can see the rose from the rouge late at
night!!
