If your window is a Seitz unit then you need to take the whole window frame
out to reseal it. Its held in place by a number of screws around the
interior window frame section - just remove the plastic screw covers and
unscrew the whole frame. The interior facing piece comes off and you push
the window frame outwards (into the hands of a helper!). Take care here,
because it'll be well stuck to the wall. Strip all the old sealant off,
clean it up, apply new sealant to the relevant inside face of the frame then
offer the frame back up into the wall opening. When you screw up again from
the inside, this pulls the frame onto the outside of the wall to make the
seal. Clean up, then have a nice cuppa!

Its a simple enough job - picking the old sealant off takes most of the time
up. Its also a good opportunity to spray a little lubricant onto the roller
blind spindles whilst the frame is apart.
