Default Leaking Window Frame

I have just returned from a pleasant weekend in the hills of West Yorkshire
which was only spoilt by water seeping in through the frame (not round the
edge) of one of the Seitz Inset S4 Windows on our Trigano Tribute. It had
not rained during the night but water had obviously collected in a cavity
the previous day and slowly trickled out.

The window is hinged at the top and there is no obvious place for ingress. I
can only think that the sealing compound behind the top of the frame has
failed (after 14 months) but any other suggestion would be welcomed.
