Default window blinds

I have two Seitz window blinds which seem to have died. I think the return
springs are tied. Is it easy to repair, maybe a squirt of WD40 or would a
dealer be the better option.
Thanks D.....

Can't remember what make ours are, but there's a screw at one end of the
blind. Tighten it up (opposite direction to blind rotation) and you're
tightening the spring return. There's a small cam washer so you need to
have space for the screwdriver to move a little.
