New Forest side would be nice

Any good places or don't touch?

Not sure whether you're asking about caravan sites, or places to visit.
Could you please be a little more explicit?

*Any* CC club is OK

Never struck a bad one yet

Black Knowl, near Brockenhurst (New Forest), is excellent

I will probably be ostrasised forever, for revealing this info

We've stayed there several times, and it's a lovely setting - right in the
forest - with excellent toilet/washing facilities. [From memory, I *think*
they're individual cubicles.]

The only downside is that it's largely grass (there are a few pitches with
hard-standing but not very many) - so it can get a bit soggy in wet
weather - and the approach road has got about half a dozen very large speed
bumps on it, with lots of opportunities for grounding your hitch when
towing.

Chances are if you have not already booked for this year on Black Knowl you
won't get on it. The new one at Bransgore is an alternative

Lots of space on Black Knowl for May and June, but very little
available for Bransgore. I've just been looking as I am wondering
whether a trip up to Scotland in May is wise with the possibility of
Scotlands fuel supply being severely curtailed.

Are you looking at the on-line booking facility? That often says that sites
are fully booked when they're not - and you can probably get in if you apply
to the site directly.
