I hope this post is OK. I've been into caravanning for a few years
now - started out with a Lunar Premiere 516L and now upgraded to a
nice new Lunar Quasar 615. Getting to the point - I have set up a new
web site basically selling Haven holidays and I just wanted to get any
feedback *at all* whether its positive or negative. I've provided a
link below - a href="http://www.caravan-and-camping-holidays.co.uk"
title="Haven late deals"Haven late deals/a. I'm not spamming - I
genuinely want some feedback on the site but if this does cause any
problem please remove my post.

Thanks in advance

We used to use Haven when the kids were little. Good family entertainment in
those days.
However, 42 per night to take your own caravan!!!!!
I wouldn't touch them with Bill's bargepole!!!

Went on a CC rally to one of their sites in Hampshire many years ago -
that was the first time. Strangely it was the last!
Having to pay extra for our son's pup tent which was placed
comfortably within the confines of our pitch was an issue.
When we moved it into the awning, they still insisted on a supplement
-'you might move it out again'
I understand that they still impose this charge for pup tents!

First main Holiday in a caravan we landed up at Rockley Park for a week

Never again

Even with a 10 meter barge pole borrowed from Bill of course

I'm off to a CC Site in the lakes in a fortnight , I'm not really looking forward
to it

I would have chosen a small CL but some sensible people had booked them , far in
advance

Oh well another year I'll do it differently

I don't think that you can get 10 metre barge poles they would be way to
long!

Barge poles apart, you must surely have a connection with Haven Holidays? If
you have why not be honest and say so. If I am incorrect may I ask why are
you only promoting Haven when there are thousands of campsite out there that
are as good if not better. (never been to a Haven site so not easy for me to
judge their merits, or otherwise) I find it difficult to accept that someone
would start a hobby website to promote a commercial venture!
