Default 'PushPins for Autoroute

TomTom POIs (from Archies Campings) to Microsoft Autoroute 2006 I've not
managed to accomplish until now. What has worked for me:

Downloaded POI Edit 4.08 (even though my current version was 4.08), opened
TT POIs (ACSI) and saved as .csv then used Data/Import Wizard to load into
AR. Worked a treat - picked a non-deafault marker (green for CCA and blue
for ACSI).
(POI Edit help suggests tab delimited, but it didn't work for my AR 2006).

Motivation for this? Off to Europe shortly and Camping Card ACSI sites can
be as low as half regular price with the C&CC off-season discount card. And
I find macro-planning easier on PC using AR.
