Default Sat TV with only small dish (35cm)???

Hi,

can anybody tell me his experience with a sat dish of only 35cm? I
want to buy a sat-kit for camping with a digital receiver and this
kind of antenna, but Im not sure if it makes sense for my holiday in
spain (or italy).

I want to watch the german astra 1h digital programs.

So how big might be the footprint of astra with only a small dish
(35cm)?
Would Hotbird be better in the some countries?

Greetings,
Phil
